I am a black member of Sam's Club and I went to use the rotation and balancing service. The employee scheduled me for another day at 2 pm. I showed up at the location and waited near my car for them to do the service. After a short while, the guy said he wouldn't do the service because my front tire was a little worn on the side. That was ridiculous. They didn't do it because they were lazy and that the service would be free because I had bought the tires at the same Sam's Club over a year ago.
