Customer service on the phone would be appreciated!!! Every time I call bakery, they never pick up, or know how to take orders.
Friendly, helpful staff. Generally knowledgeable---I don't usually need their help with the products that I routinely shop for, so this is not an issue our concern for me. Clean store and restrooms. The food demonstrators can often be surly, but they are not Sam's employees and I tend to address them directly or let Sam's management know if they are sullying Sam's reputation by being rude.
