Had a problem called to speak with the manager was hung up on and when i called back he refused to pick up the phone guess i will take my business to costco or other places

Everyone is extremely hospitable & great customer service. I gas up at least every week. I love the food at the cafe & Gabriel, Sarah , Sal & all of the cafe crew always help me when I ask for something. Also, Henry from Maintenance does a great job! I almost forgot, Hilda from the bakery area, great customer service & my mom loves the croissants! They are delicious! Thank you all!

Okay, I love to get a drink and a snack to enjoy while shop. It's been twice that I've walked in and walked rt out, empty handed. Frappe machine been broken for months (at least that's wht the cashier said) and the churros were stale and under cooked. Cashier said fresh ones would take 20 minutes. Only 1 mgr available for the "front end" who was occupied at customer service center for about 15 minutes. couldn't wait any longer and VERY DISSATISFIED.
