Awful customer service, Especially in the tire department. There phone is located in sams and not where they work on the cars. No one answers the phone! You would think they would have someone work that desk. I called 9 times in one day no answer! Awful.

I went to Sam's to order my daughters birthday cake for June 16. They told me that they were filled for the day but could make my cake o the 15th for me to pick up at 11am on June 16. When we went to pick it up at 11am, the cake was not ready. They said it was suppose to be for pick up at 6pm on the 16th. So they rushed to make it in 30 minutes while we waited. I do most of my bulk shopping at Costco I got this membership on Groupon so I decided to give it a try. I went in here and the place reminded me of Wal-Mart. All of the cashiers were teenagers / early 20s and seem to care more about gossip & cell phones over customers . Not what I like to see when I'm doing my shopping
