Devin was awesome! He spent the time and effort to get a rebate processed from Goodyear. After I spent time on the phone with both Goodyear, Sam’s store and corporate. He was able to figure things out. Great customer service! Thank you, Devin
I bought 4 tires from Sams. Technician Andy was helping me with rotation and service. He was very patient and and accommodating and also very quick. I think he did a great job. Highly recommend.
Got my battery changed at Sam's tire center. Gabriel helped me who was honest and knowledgeable. He installed the battery, cleaned up the contact surface, torqued correctly and applied anti corrosion foam - a fantastic job! The only thing that surprised me was I saw them using some socket wrenches to tighten & untighten the nuts not an electric drill, because the latter should work a lot faster. Highly recommend their service!
