I’ve used Sam’s Club for tires in the past and had good customer service. That was not the case at this location. I had tires installed on a Friday, didn’t drive the vehicle all weekend and then when I went to drive to work on Monday, one of the tires was completely flat. Also, they had reinstalled the hubcaps wrong so that two of them was blocking access to the valve stem on the tire. When I brought the car back in, the guy at the counter did not act apologetic.
