Purchase 4 brand new tires previously. Today had to get new tire because they said could not be patched. After spending 1.5 hours trying to figure out how to prorate the new tire because NO ONE could figure out how to do it, I ended up just going ahead and paying full price $210 for one tire after waiting for 1.5 hours for them to try and figure out how to prorate the cost of a new tire because I warranty. People here in this department need to get their heads out of their a$$. Will never buy tires again from this place.
If your car doesn't have new tires or you didn't buy them at Sam's it's almost impossible to get a repair or any other service like balancing done. The technician always has the perfect excuse to turn your car down. This has been happening to me for years and I'm tired of wasting my time.
