If your car doesn't have new tires or you didn't buy them at Sam's it's almost impossible to get a repair or any other service like balancing done. The technician always has the perfect excuse to turn your car down. This has been happening to me for years and I'm tired of wasting my time.
Greg in the front is so close to useless. I came in to order all 4 new tires and he was very dismissive. He scoffed when I told him I didn’t know the exact size of my tires. I told him the exact year, make, and model of my car and that the tires were the original tires. He stared at me blankly and stupidly and replied “yeah you need to go out to your tires and look at what they are”. I’ve never been to a tire shop that couldn’t just look up the tires.
