General shopping, have bought tires, have been there weekly. Revised membership yesterday. Didn't go well.

Legitimately awful. When I ordered my tires they called quickly to schedule an “ appointment” to get them installed. Showed up at the scheduled time and it took them 15 minutes to get someone to the counter. Currently we’re an hour past the time I finally got the keys to them and they still haven’t moved the car from its parking spot. Even with the discounts from membership they aren’t worth using.
