Had the absolute most horrible customer service experience at Champaign Sam's Club. I joined online and went to the in-store service desk. The employee didn't know how to answer my questions and made no effort in helping me find answers. Instead, she was very rude and dismissive. Extremely disappointed with my first experience and would certainly cancel my membership if I could get a refund.
RecommendedNice club, a little dark. The pharmacy staff us outstanding and can't be beat. Bought our first glasses from Sam's here and very satisfied. The club is looking a little dated and with Costco coming to town it will have to step up it's game.

I am a member that was given 12 free Rotisserie Chickens and can pick one up a month. This month when I went to get it the amount didn’t come off and they wouldn’t call corporate to check the promotion or look my account up to view it. I live over an hour away and since have never had trouble redeeming it didn’t bring the mailer that Corprate sends me each month as a reminder to go get it.
