Outstanding Help Right Before Closing! Huge shoutout to the two guys working in the tire center at Sam’s club - for going above and beyond! We pulled in about 15 minutes before closing and realized one of our tires had a nail in it and was almost completely flat. Despite the time they quickly jumped in to take care of it. Michael was especially great — friendly, professional, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and handled. Michael needs a refresher on customer service, professionalism, compassion, & empathy. Extremely impersonal and unwilling to help. I arrived to see if I could get my tires balanced and rotated earlier than my scheduled time. His words “Well, I didn’t make the appointment. If you go to the doctor early, will they see you early?” Then I asked nicely if someone cancels can I have their slot. Michael says no. Then says “I don’t know why I am arguing with you”.
