Best Sam’s Club I have ever been to. & even better then any Costco I have ever been to. Not a Walmart fan but I do love Sam’s Club in Flag. Always plenty of people working that are happy to be there.
Warning - The Pick-up Service at Sams Club in Flagstaff is terrible, misleading and a waste of time! As seniors we thought we would try the pick up service. On Monday we ordered 3 items for pick up which were listed in stock (Garlic, Turkey burger & Gatorade). The earliest pickup was 3 days later on Thursday. On Thursday they cancelled our order saying that they were now out of stock. This is an extremely poor, misleading service.
I called and no less than 5 people asked "Can I help you?" I was left hanging for over 20 min and 4 never got back to me. The fifth person, at least, answered the dang question. Why doesn't Sams Club Flagstaff carry individual packs of Philly Cream Cheese? Why can't Sams Club Flagstaff make a "special" order since it is no longer carried. Just because Flag doesn't carry it doesn't mean they can't get it as other Sams do carry it! The pretzel from the deli was dry and hard to chew. It was not fresh! They rip me off. Plus I hate that computer ordering
