I arrived near closing and although there were no vehicles in the bay there was not enough time for a tire repair. No problem! They made me an appointment for the next day. I arrived early for my appointment they asked where my "pucks" were. I had never heard of pucks. It is a plug that attaches to their lift to safely lift the car. They then told me I had to supply them. Amazon sells them for $15 - $22. The "puck" is generic and fits all Teslas make, model, and years. The gentleman that work at Sam's Club on venetucci are super helpful and a very polite and sweet. They took good care of me and my car.
It took 45 minutes for tire rotation and there were no other customers
