I arrived near closing and although there were no vehicles in the bay there was not enough time for a tire repair. No problem! They made me an appointment for the next day. I arrived early for my appointment they asked where my "pucks" were. I had never heard of pucks. It is a plug that attaches to their lift to safely lift the car. They then told me I had to supply them. Amazon sells them for $15 - $22. The "puck" is generic and fits all Teslas make, model, and years. I just had a great experience at the Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center thanks to Chris! From the moment I walked in, Chris was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
