BAD customer service! I saw a membership on Groupon and was excited to give Sams Club a try again after not shopping there for over 10 years. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the process. The clerks had no idea of the Groupon promotion or what to do to activate it. It was a bit discouraging. I was repeatedly told I needed a membership number when it was in plain sight on the email.
