I am not one to cause a scene in a store or confront a manager about situations, but that happened on September 26th at the State College Sam’s Club. It was discrimination against women, especially divorced women. I noticed my phone app had different information compared to my physical Sam’s Club Card. RecommendedWhile I do shop at Sam's Club, I use my membership mostly for fuel. It does amaze me how it takes 2 weeks to lower the price 3 cents, BUT only 3 days to raise it 25 cents.
I went to Sam's Club today in State College, PA, at about 8:00 a.m. Surprise! It doesn't open to 9:00 a.m. I have had a business membership and now a Plus membership, since the store opened and have been able to shop at 7:00 in the morning. I have paid extra to do this. My business opens at 10:00, so there is no way I can shop at 9:00 and get to my store in time to open. Why weren't we notified of this change?
I just quit today! I work for the vendor that gives out FREE SAMPLES most often.... food and beverages. 1 % of the moochers every day might say thank you. I worked VERY HARD TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE My manager has never given me a compliment. I get several each shift from customers. We ( the vendors in the green aprons and hats) are treated so poorly by Sam’s Club No one has gotten a review / bonus/ cost of living raise ETC ETC, in over 12 yrs.
