I called the tire department first thing this morning in distress that my car needs a tire as i found it flat after a long night shift. I explained I commute from Danville and don’t feel safe to use my spare to get home and then had to drive back home and then travel to work tonight. Always sweet, quick, and beyond helpful!
Had my tires replaced today. No issues with replacement however issues with staff. Person before me didn’t have an appointment for a tire change and when staff told him he had to have an appointment, he threw a fit so they gave him a same day appointment. Mind you that scheduled appointments were a week+ out. I had scheduled a week prior and after the person before me paid and left, I went ip to the register and paid for my replacement/gave my keys. Afterwards, I noticed the total value was significantly different from my in... read more
