The lady at concessions is a mega bitch and will gladly start shit with customers. I've witnessed this twice and am shocked she's not been fired
The receptionist at the optical is very rude. Go somewhere else to get eyes tested like Texas State Optical. I called to reschedule a follow up and she gave me the number for the employee hotline :(
Never go to their eye specialist! They have a rude ass bitch working the front. How can 5 people waiting in a lobby make you so stressed! Bitch you don't know shit!
