I don't kniw if it's a company policy not call a customer when they are out of stock on a critical medicine or just the policy of the Sam's pharmacy in Zanesville, Ohio. It is very upsetting and discouraging to find out they have to order a medicine after you were asked when you showed up several hours earlier to come back a little later because the prescription wasn't ready yet. If I had been notified earlier in the day on a Friday that they were out, I could have had the doctor call it in elsewhere. Reconsidering having my... read more
