I made an appointment online for a flu vaccination. I even made my mom’s appointment under my account for the same day. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment, even though I had my confirmation text and email for that location, day, and time. On top of that, I’d called a week prior and spoke to a woman in the pharmacy who confirmed they had the flu mist quadrivalent in stock.
