Always FAST. Always very friendly. They always have my medicine in stock & order it in quickly, if they don't.
I was given someone else's medicine. 5mg monjaro injectors when I was supposed to get 2.5mg one. The paperwork inside bag was mine but it was my first time with meds, so I didn't look at the box, just read the pamphlet and took it. Anyways 2 or 3 weeks later, they call me and asked if I picked my medicine up, which I said yes, didn't think much about it then one day was looking and noticed it had someone elses name on it.
