Great staff very helpful
Most excellent staff anywhere I have experienced. Goes out of their way to make sure customer is satisfied. Superior customer service. Caring individuals.
Staff does not listen which seems to be an endemic problem in this area. I have also experienced many prescription order errors. The staff seems overworked and the pharmacy seems understaffed. The pharmacy also closes for an hour over lunch making it even more difficult to get prescriptions. I would not recommend Sams Club for prescriptions or eye glasses/contacts. They just don’t have it together.
