I had Saturday morning appointments for my family (3 of us) for covid booster shot and when we got there we were told to come back on Monday because they're missing staff. Nobody even called to cancel our appointments so we wouldn't drive up there for no reason!
Got my Johnson and Johnson vaccine at Sam's Club Pharmacy. The entire pharmacy staff was very helpful and pleasant. The young woman who administered the vaccine was very good at her job. No pain and consistently made sure I was okay. Thank you so much for your caring!
Poor Quality Fort Myers Sam's Club Pharmacist: Arrogant, Rude and Uneducated (doesn't know that Puerto Rico is part of the USA, yikes!)
