Excellent customer service. The pharmacy techs and the pharmacist always go above & beyond. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & communicate effectively. If there is ever an issue with a Rx, they make calls on my behalf to Dr or insurance and inform me of what’s going on. They even make suggestions if your insurance doesn’t cover your med. Even if it means getting it elsewhere. They truly care about their patients.
I've had some ridiculous experiences at some local pharmacies. One time, South Queen street Walgreens was to deliver my medication to my door. Weeks after they were supposed to. That's a whole other issue. They dropped my bag on our front step and then the pharmacy called repeatedly for hours. I finally answer and the pharmacist tells me he gave me the wrong medication. I left the bag closed and took it back the next day. Weeks later I find out the gave me NARCAN in that bag. I was shocked when my doctor told me. It wasn't t... read more
