The staff here is outstanding! Dr. Chrissie, Wendy, and Jerry are our regulars we interact with and they put such a personal touch and positive interaction at the pharmacy. They take the it time with patients picking up prescriptions to ensure they understand what they are taking, possible interactions and side effects and address any concerns they may have. Sam's club pharmacy, on Ward's Rd in Lynchburg, Va. is absolutely the best. Today they went above and beyond for me. The Eli Lilly rep, Kristen, just happened to arrive on site and assisted with my problem. Great service!
The pharmacists and other workers are always so nice and very helpful.
Love, love, love this pharmacy. Wendy, the pharmacist is such a caring and helpful person. The staff are all friendly, efficient and caring. I never have to wait and every question I have ever had has been answered. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
