I have a plus membership and they quoted me a price for pet meds based on that membership. But when my husband went to pick them up they charged him more than DOUBLE what they quoted me. He said the staff was clueless and he left lucky to get out of there with a prescription at all. I transferred the prescription back to Smith's. They are a little more than the original price the Sam's pharmacist quoted but a lot less than the price Sam's charges! And this is the 2nd time Sam's has done this to me. Ryan is very kind :) I go out of my way to come to this pharmacy because the pharmacists in my opinion have great customer service. I also love this Sams Club store.
Of all the pharmacists I’ve used, I’ve never had such kindness shown with such helpfulness in trying to get me the best prices! I’ve been so impressed with Sam’s!
