Todd the pharmacist took time out to explain in detail about the medication and I was afraid of getting cataract surgery and he explained his eye surgery and he made me feel very good about it. I want to thank Todd for taking the time out of his busy schedule to do this. He Is a very kind nice man. And Kristen is an excellent pharmacy technician she spoke with me and gave me some good advice and I really appreciate it. Truly a lovely person. This will be my pharmacy if I have to get anything else. Thank you so much

Always having issues and when you explain everything to them step by step they will ask the same questions in circles until you get frustrated and leave. This has happened three separate occasions with me and todays with not listening to me saying “I don’t have that insurance anymore” and the employees behind the counter kept saying “well it has to process through your old first” despite me saying multiple times that that one doesn’t work they kept insisting an treating me as if I was lying or stupid has been the straw that ... read more
