Just recently me and my husband went to Sam's club on East Sunshine to complete our renewal process. unfortunately, due to some discrepancies, it was not going smoothly . After all that had happened previously, i couldn't stop myself from tearing up . . We were completely taken away by the empathy and care and concern that the two associates that helped us .
