Sams Club is does NOT honour warranties Extremely poor customer service During my purchase of a Sony computer from Sams, my experience with Sams Club was extremely shocking....the unprofessionalism, poor customer service and the run-around just to get them to honour a warranty was unnecessary. A review I usually purchase groceries here, the only real problem I have with them is the extreme lack of variety in their goods. They also change their stores layout at the rate of what feels like once a week. There is no real reason to it as sometimes they'll just switch one items place with another item further down the aisle, or an item right on the other side. I've had it with Sam's -- Sam's No More After years of shopping at Sam's Clubs, I have finally cut up my membership card. I was shopping for pet food and used two carts so that I could arrange all the large bags with their bar codes exposed. I also did the same with some large packages of paper towels and toilet tissue. I did this so that the cashier would be able to scan the items directly from the carts with no lifting for either me nor the cashier. Great store This is a great sams club. It is in a nice area of town. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They always have everything I need and last week the automotive department worker helped me get the right battery for my car.
