If I could give zero I would. First time last time - I ordered 2 pair of glasses and received one pair and received a notification today they were ready. I waited over 10 minutes standing at the counter while Alex Lasso helped another customer which is fine - but he never once acknowledged me thanked me for waiting nothing. In fact he barely spoke to the women he was helping. his customer service is horrendous and his face clearly stated he dislikes his job. Maybe time to help him. Sorry Alex!
Worst place, I’ve ordered contact lenses for my son July 27 2026 and still waiting to received them 8/25/26. Already went 3 time and called directly before going also called customer service and no one can help. They keep saying come back tomorrow. Really frustrating
Dr. Catts was nice but she uses this loophole that only requires her to fax your Exam results to a third party or return the next day to pick them up in person. I waited 2 weeks to be seen to find this out. If I would have known I wouldn't be leaving with my results (which I had to ask for) I would have chosen a different location.
Scarlet was so helpful, patient and professional!!! Thank you.
