Worst place, I’ve ordered contact lenses for my son July 27 2026 and still waiting to received them 8/25/26. Already went 3 time and called directly before going also called customer service and no one can help. They keep saying come back tomorrow. Really frustrating
Dr. Catts was nice but she uses this loophole that only requires her to fax your Exam results to a third party or return the next day to pick them up in person. I waited 2 weeks to be seen to find this out. If I would have known I wouldn't be leaving with my results (which I had to ask for) I would have chosen a different location.

Purchased two pairs of glasses in Nov. 1st pair frame broke in Feb, have to pay for new frame. Second pair screws keep fallen out, twice in last month. Quality very poor.
