I visited this location to purchase prescription reading glasses. Apeksha helped me through the entire process. Her manager, Shantell, and her provided me with 5 star service. They were both exceptionally pleasant to talk to and went out of their way to assist me (I ask LOTS of questions and I'm very detail-oriented, lol). Apeksha was extremely patient and gave me whole hearted advice. I asked her to imagine me as her daughter, and not to sugar coat, and she delivered! I tried on at least 20 frames. The only reason I’m giving a four star review instead of a two star review is because of the manager, Shantell. Being a longtime Sam’s Club Member and a Sam’s Plus Member, I absolutely adore the atmosphere in Sam’s but a team member Apeksha was outright rude and awful. We initially came in with my prescription and insurance information and were told our insurance would NOT be taken, and that is fine. The next day I went to Sam’s and another employee at the Sam’s Optical Center who told us we were able to get what we needed b... read more
