The only reason I’m giving a four star review instead of a two star review is because of the manager, Shantell. Being a longtime Sam’s Club Member and a Sam’s Plus Member, I absolutely adore the atmosphere in Sam’s but a team member Apeksha was outright rude and awful. We initially came in with my prescription and insurance information and were told our insurance would NOT be taken, and that is fine. The next day I went to Sam’s and another employee at the Sam’s Optical Center who told us we were able to get what we needed b... read more
