Sean is awesome!! Definitely the best place to get fitted for a fresh pair of glasses. Save yourself some money and come see Sean ASAP. Definitely if u have vsp for insurance.
I'd advise going to the west side, where they know what customer service really is! They will mansplain to the customers. All I wanted was a simple glasses adjustment and that was a fight.
Advertises that they're open from 10 - 5 daily. We've been there 2 days in a row. 1st day it was after 5, okay, come back next day at 2 and there are 2 people working and we're told they're closed for lunch and we need an appointment. Your sign should match what is required. It needs to say that appointments are needed and when you're closed for lunch. Frustrating to not get help with 2 people there and them discussing who's going to go to lunch first. We'll go elsewhere, you obviously aren't concerned about customers.
Excellent value and service. Love the selection. Even getting reimbursed as out of Network provider, I still saves more than going to an in-network provider. And they fill out the paperwork for you for the out of Network reimbursement!
