Unfortunately I have to relay a less than positive experience with my glasses frames purchased at Sams Club. This is the fourth time one of my lenses has fallen out as I was wearing them. In fairness I have to say that the employees at Sams tried to help by tightening the frames with new screws etc. but alas to no avail. Obviously, the frames are not securely fitting the lenses. Because of this experience, I will most likely not purchase from Sam’s Optical again but rather return to Warby Parker where I’ve never had an issue... read more
