The optical center gave us the incorrect prescription, tried to give us a scratched pair, sent multiple false notifications that the order was ready for pick-up, and then accused our family of lying when we said we never received our order. Horrible experience from start to finish
I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Me and my kids wear glasses and I know what the the eye exam looks like . The eye doctor took 4 mints for my son eye exam . She only make him set in one machine to measure his eye sight. When I ask her where the other test you should do , she told me , he is only a child he doesn’t need it. Although for his siblings which are kids too they got more tests in other optometrist. She is not professional at all . I will never go back .
