This was the best optical experience I have had in 35 years in regard to service, knowledge and professionalism. The eye exam was by far the most thorough I have ever had and the Eyewear specialist Anthony provided a great education. My visit was very enjoyable and I'm excited for my glasses to arrive. This optical center is top notch, worth the visit!

Go anywhere else! I absolutely love Dr. Tozer - she is absolutely fabulous! However, everyone else that works at this location should be terminated. They are rude, unprofessional and when they make a mistake, you pay for it! While Dr. Tozer is unbelievable helpful and caring, the techs that work there are not! They're always sitting there playing on their phones and if you dare to interrupt them to ask for assistance you're given attitude and heavy sighs! Disappointing and unprofessional experience I accompanied my wife today to the optical center at Sam’s Club, and we were both extremely disappointed with the service. When we arrived, three employees were sitting around on their phones and didn’t acknowledge us until we asked for assistance. They told us, with an attitude, that they don’t take walk-ins.
