Dr tozer is the only reason why I come back. I have been a patient for 9 years. The people out front who handle the insurance/ paperwork are rude and couldn’t care any less. The two female especially. The way they spoke to me on the phone was in such a way I felt stupid for asking a simple question. Anthony, the department manager was the only nice associate that wasn’t the doctor.

It seems as every time I’ve called the Optical Center, EVERY TIME the same guy that still refuses to introduce himself gives the most attitude there is. I felt like a burden when I asked to set an appointment and that I need to hurry up because he has something better to do. It just seems he hates his job and doesn’t even want to do the small stuff like setting an appointment. Every time I go there the two ladies are so extremely rude. They flat out IGNORED me today. I took video proof to send to corporate. I WISH I could upload it here to share how blatant and unprofessional they were. The only reason they acknowledged me is because the manager walked up and asked them to help me. One covered her eyes and would not break away from her laptop. The other turned her chair around away from me. There was no line. If you're ok with sub par customer service.THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

The optical center at the Sanford Sam’s club is absolutely horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had when buying glasses. After waiting 3+ weeks for my new pair of glasses and additional pair of lenses for my existing glasses. I finally went to pick them up and they were horrible. The new frames were scratched up when I had arrived. The lenses were poorly cut with gaps between the frames and lenses. The additional pair of lenses that were cut for my existing glasses wouldn’t fit into my frames without fighting them to go in a... read more
