Disappointing and unprofessional experience I accompanied my wife today to the optical center at Sam’s Club, and we were both extremely disappointed with the service. When we arrived, three employees were sitting around on their phones and didn’t acknowledge us until we asked for assistance. They told us, with an attitude, that they don’t take walk-ins. ⭐️ Very poor experience at Sam’s Club optical Today I visited the optical center at Sam’s Club with my husband, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Dr tozer is the only reason why I come back. I have been a patient for 9 years. The people out front who handle the insurance/ paperwork are rude and couldn’t care any less. The two female especially. The way they spoke to me on the phone was in such a way I felt stupid for asking a simple question. Anthony, the department manager was the only nice associate that wasn’t the doctor.

It seems as every time I’ve called the Optical Center, EVERY TIME the same guy that still refuses to introduce himself gives the most attitude there is. I felt like a burden when I asked to set an appointment and that I need to hurry up because he has something better to do. It just seems he hates his job and doesn’t even want to do the small stuff like setting an appointment.
