Sam's optical is very good in price but customer service is horrible. The nasty attitude of Amanda, at the front desk is enough to never return. Just asking how long was going to take was enough for her to start yelling, have a nasty attitude and being disrespectful.

Very bad experience. The people who are at the front desk/associates were so arrogant. The person was so unhygienic. He was eating something on the desk and he didn’t even clean his hands before helping me with spectacles. They just done care for patients. Not helpful and non cooperative.
The black lady at the door told me I couldn't go in and get a soda and a pizza without my membership card. When I kept walking she chased me down and I just looked at her and said that she is acting ridiculous. I think it's probably because I'm white and not part of her gang.
