Just an odd experience, would likely not return. The tech there was nice, appointment took about 45 minutes which seemed a bit long. Note that two folks videoconferenced in for the appointment since the person on site is 'just' a tech, so I had to wait for someone to be available to do the lens comparison (which is better, 1 or 2?), and then wait again for a doc to be available to go over all the info and sign off on a prescription. First, she is too busy texting her manager to help me. Then she takes FOREVER to put in my information (think buying a new car!) Then she can’t even order the contact I need! Biggest waste of time.
They wouldn't serve me without wearing a mask. This should be a personal decision, not something you impose on others. Wear a mask yourself, but don't push your fear onto me.
