Sams club optical in Folsom CA. I have never met a manager as rude. This Woman Pam admitted my glasses that I payed 380 dollars for the lenses were scratched up. it was under one year and still under warranty she called and talked to my girl friend and said they would replace them . that was a surprise after all the problems she made it out to be. when I showed up she again acted rude and said I need the old glasses to get new ones she had already told my girlfriend that even though I lost them she would honor the warranty b... read more
