Terrible service
I have been coming here for years and Dr. Pham has been here for the last several and has done a great job. Glasses and lenses are up to date and well done. The orders come in as promised and they are very knowledgeable and professional! I’m completely satisfied and continue to bring my family here as well.
I had an appt at 4, got there at 3:45, for a hour they kept telling me “5 more minutes” as others were being seen before me. 5:15 came still not been seen i LEFT.

The glasses were not cheap, yet the quality is subpar. Their lab did a poor job with the lenses and I could not see well. When I complained, they were adamant that the lenses were made according to the prescription. I threw them away and ended up going elsewhere. The wait time is also super long despite having an appointment. Not recommended.
