Had an appt to see the eye doctor. They called the day before to confirm the appt. I showed up on time and the assistant was very helpful and checked that I was scheduled for an exam when I came in. He helped me with an adjustment I needed on the glasses I had bought previously. He was very competent and fixed the problem I was having with the glasses. When I asked how long I would have to wait for my appt, he told me that the Dr. wasn't even in today. WOW! Time to change eye doctors!
The 2 males in charge of sales and service do not turn on their customer service attitude when they clock in. They purposely talk to you sarcastically, whisper to each other in front of you and their body language reeks of 100% annoyance to assist you. Someone tell them they are not helping sales. The doctor is ok. One remembers the bad more then good. I gave 2 stars for it being convenient here I shop often only. Wish there was another Sam's club in suffolk county. Ps I had to call to ask about my glasses after a month give... read more
I had a bad experience with the person who is helping for new glasses He has attitude and made me repeat like twice my sentences ... because my accent ... This is not the first time . My friend had the same bad experiencia with the same person...
