They will refuse you if you wear bi-focals and your bi-focal prescription is less than .1 I picked out my frames and was ready to start the process only to be told that they couldn't help me. That said, I'll not go as low as 1 star because they do indeed have a good selection of frames and options for lens upgrades, the staff is nice enough. However, they can not help everyone..... it's a situation of "We can fill your Rx IF......" I have .75 and was turned away. It gets worse (read till the end) I realize this is because of... read more
