While we don't know whether the optical tech made an error entering the order or the lab made an error, my wife's glasses came back with incorrect lenses. The biggest concern was the optical tech losing focus on our order by twice leaving us to talk to other customers. This loss of focus introduced the possibility for error and was an irritation by increasing our wait time. I don’t know why I have never went to Sams for glasses prior to today. Mr. Walt was awesome he was very patient with my daughter and explained why certain glasses was wrong for her. I believe that they will save me hundreds of dollar a year.

Wes in the optical department was a pleasure to work with. He was in the middle of something else on the computer and immediately directed his attention to me when I walked in. He was very helpful, and very informative. I had a great experience and look forward to working with them again.
