5-Star Review for Sam’s Club Auto Center – Gainesville, FL I visited Sam’s Club in Gainesville, FL today to replace the battery in my truck. Although the auto center was very busy, one of the mechanics, Mr. Gilberto, went above and beyond to assist me. I love this store including the tire service except for the optical center. They don’t deserve the reputation of the Sam’s club. The staff’s ability is not reliable and they even made a mistake with my prescription for the first time. They also declined my request for refund of the lenses within 90 days. Please go Target optical if you look for excellent service even though it is a bit expensive.
