The optical staff(one person) that I encountered today is overworked and stressed out!!🤯 He didn't even acknowledge me. No eye contact. No respect. I didn't deserve to be mistreated. I hope they hire soon in the optical space before they lose more customers and money. Goodbye!!!
I been a customer for about 5 years now and everytime I come in there, it’s always a problem. First of all I just want the doctor are great, no complaints. They are friendly and take care of you but the associates are so rude and seem not to care. Everytime I come in, they always have an attitude.
