While we normally love coming to the eye center here, today was not one of those days. We scheduled an appointment for instruction for our 11 year old on contacts. She was seen here previously and we got her prescription and contacts from here, but she hasn’t been able to master it yet. We drove to our appointment from another town, only to be told, “I’ve had a really busy day and I’m not going to be a good instructor so we aren’t going to be able to do this today.” I understand her point of view, but this could have been pr... read more

They accept some insurance! I love the variety of frames. The doctor is awesome and listens to concerns. Will continue my care here

My mother went in for an appointment yesterday- made the appointment with Sam’s club. Just to find out that you CANNOT use your Sam’s club membership card to pay for the eye appointment. The staff assisting her swiped her membership card THREE TIMES- told her “it keeps declining it” my mother goes over to the service counter to see if there is anything wrong with her card, the service counter proceeds to tell her that nothing is wrong and she should be able to use it; if not my mother could call corporate and figure out what... read more
