Unbelievable experience. The Optometrist is amazing! Anna does an excellent thorough job! Sadly, her department manager is very combative, aggressive and tries to intimidate and talk down to the customers. I have witnessed this behavior several times. She is Definitely NOT management material.. Until they find new leadership Dr.Anna’s practice will be tarnished

It took a little over 2 weeks and a little nudging from me to get my prescription sunglasses in time before vacation. If I had to say anything I would say the people are nice and considerate but need a little nudging in the "above and beyond" department. I think it takes a little long to get your glasses which brings to mind "a little nudging" to get them to contact the lab and find out the status or put a rush on them. First experience with Sam's club, if I use them again hopefully it will go a little faster and smoother.
