In a previous review I complained about the All State insurance glasses warranty. A very nice lady from All State (Square Trade) corporate named Barbara called me the next day to ask questions and explain. She was very knowledgeable and went through every detail of my purchase and complaints. At the end of our conversation she refunded my warranty and deductible purchase prices which will now allow me to purchase my sunglasses which I could not pay for before. The 2nd year warranty cost me $39.99 each for 2 pair of glasses. When I filed a claim for new glasses I had to pay an additional $25 per pair deductible. They sent me $358 in Sam’s gift cards. My new glasses then cost another total of over $150 WITH using all of the $358 gift cards! Almost $300 with this warranty to get new glasses. Not a deal. And I paid about $500 the first time for my 2 pair of glasses. Not a deal.
