I was told my contacts would be in Monday, got a phone call stating they were in,.went to pick them up and now there saying it could be a week. Worst serve ever
Tech told me she was refusing to fill a script because it "looked fake" and "violated hipaa." Script was for glasses and had a license number, call back number, and physician signature. Go somewhere that has opto techs who know what they're doing.
The girl helping me find my new frames was very knowledgeable in the proper fit. It was really great to learn some of these things. I took two stars off because I came in with broken frames. I stated I knew it would take two weeks to get my prescription back. She proudly informed me a week tops. It's been a week, I've been not so patiently waiting to be able to see.
