LINDSAY FROM SAM'S CLUB OPTICAL IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! You could not ask for more first class quality of service and professionalism than what Lindsay provides to customers as myself (and I am sure countless others). Optometrist is only in one day per week Can't do simple tasks like checking pupil distance without having your eye exam done at that location which can only be done by the Optometrist

Website says walks in welcome. I tried to call and confirm but no one would answer the phone. I drove to the store at 11:20 and the sign out front says “the doctor is in. walks in welcome!” I went to optical and asked for an exam. I was told maybe I could have one if I came back later in the afternoon. I said the sign says walks in welcome???. The response was - Yeah, no. When he’s here on Tuesdays and Thursdays it’s by appointment. Please have this info posted on the website and don’t put the sign out if it’s absolutely not... read more
