Estoy decepcionada con el nivel de servicio que recibí en esta óptica con el gerente en específico. Cuando acudí inicialmente para presentar un reclamo, el gerente no quiso ayudarme y me dijo que esperara a que uno de sus empleados regresara. Tuve que regresar varias veces sin obtener ningún avance ni apoyo, lo cual causó demoras innecesarias y mucha frustración.
