Estoy decepcionada con el nivel de servicio que recibí en esta óptica con el gerente en específico. Cuando acudí inicialmente para presentar un reclamo, el gerente no quiso ayudarme y me dijo que esperara a que uno de sus empleados regresara. Tuve que regresar varias veces sin obtener ningún avance ni apoyo, lo cual causó demoras innecesarias y mucha frustración. Jackie is a rockstar. She has so much knowledge in her craft that she knows the answer before you ask. She has so much patience and poise. I witness this with a customer who could t understand that Jackie could not get a type of prescribed contacts. Any questions ask for Jackie.
Great experience with the staff at this location. They accepted my vision insurance for my glasses and I got 20% off my sunglasses for being a plus member. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to come here.

Stop by for exam, door said Saturday 8-5pm but the 2 receptionists turned backs on me and discuss every excuse to not see,, from appointments only to I would have a long wait since the ONLY person able to, left for lunch. At least others would attempt to see you and keep the customer.I overheard them not seeing anyone after 2pm.. its still quarter till 2
