I have a question? l have a pair of glasses I don’t remember where got them. They need my new prescription lenses in them and new ear replacements material. Can you help?
The people are nice but the wait times are ridiculous. The first frames came in damaged but they said the lenses were fine so they supposedly put a rush on another set of frames but it's been 6 days and now they said it's another 3-6 days. 9-12 days is not a rush at all. I'll most likely just pay extra and get them at the doctor's office next time so I don't have to wait 3+ weeks.
Trina is amazing with her professionalism and expertise as well as her ability to help her many different individuals with glasses. I would highly recommend this Sam's Optical!
