Today April 15th I went here to check and see what I needed to do about my scratched glasses. I bought them a year ago and also purchased the insurance. The lady with long hair was working. It was 10 minutes before they opened up. She was a very rude woman. She replied Like I said we don't open until 10. I will never purchase glasses there again.
Glasses are great but the customer service here is the worst I have experienced. I purchased my glasses less than one year prior from Vica, at the purchase she was frustrated and didn’t know how to ring up the warranty. But said she would partner with her boss when they came back to get it worked out. She reassured me it would be no problem. What an awful experience with Dr. Cowan. I know a lot of eye doctors and went there as a self pay patient in hopes of a new RX for my kid and was treated like complete garbage. I feel so bad that that was the experience my daughter had. Shameful behavior.
Haven't received my glasses yet, but while I was trying on frames, I had to listen to the "supervisor" berate and "coach" the employees while in the presence of clients. Highly unprofessional behavior. What happened to privacy and respect?
