We received excellent care and outstanding customer service from Bill. Highly recommend seeing him at our local Sam’s Club. We will definitely be returning for all our vision needs.
Good place and good prices, plus a good selection of Nice Brands. Bill is phenomenal and will get you taken care of, it's worth the wait unless you want to pay double somewhere else. Definitely recommend.
Was told the doctor only takes "established contact lens" wearers when I asked about doing both traditional and a contact lens exam. When I asked about simply doing an eye exam I was given more excuses of how I should see another office because the doctor was booked 5 weeks out. If you simply aren't able to handle new patients, just say it.
I made an appointment via phone for the earliest available date of April 12th. After multiple weeks I received a call today they needed to reschedule my appointment for May 12 with no explanation provided. Freda is very nice but every time I’ve been in shopping the Optician is just sitting there. I was also told he is a private Doctor and I would need to pay cash. No thanks.
